of PD0008/1999: "Code of Practice for Legal Admissibility and Evidential
Weight of Information Stored Electronically" as they apply to Electronic
Document Management Systems, including:
- use of optical WORM storage,
or configuration of magnetic storage to behave in a manner that satisfies
the requirements of the Code of Practice
- inclusion of the necessary
metadata and controls within the system to ensure compliance
- advice on, or production of, the appropriate Operating Procedures required for compliance
